Pricing
Prices shown on www.aero-ist.co.uk and in our catalogues include V.A.T. and are regularly checked for accuracy. Despite our best efforts, occasionally errors may occur where prices are displayed incorrectly. If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If however, a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before dispatch. We will only charge your card on the day goods are dispatched.

Items offered in promotional mailings are while stocks last and any prices are specific to that promotion only. Aero-ist Clothing Ltd reserves the right to alter prices and withdraw offers without notice.

Ordering
We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the garments on the site, including prices, colours and sizes. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site
We welcome orders from most overseas and all BFPO addresses. Orders must be paid for by credit card only. Local import duties may be payable on receipt. VAT will be deducted where appropriate. Please note however that this site and its contents do not form an agreement between Aero-ist and a customer in a jurisdiction in which the products offered for sale would go against any local, regional or national laws. If you know that it would be illegal for us to sell our products in your country, please do not order items from our site.

Returns
If, for any reason, you would like to return your Aero-ist order, you can send it back to us with proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. This does not include sale items.
How do I return my order?
1. Fill in the form at the bottom of your invoice and put it in your parcel.
2. Take it down to the Post Office and post it.
3. Please make sure that you get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
4. We do not cover the cost of returns. To do this, we would have to increase the price of our products, which we would really rather not do.

We do not however exclude or limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You must use the site for lawful purposes only. By registering with us you recognise that you are responsible for all access made to the site using the log in details that you provide us with. As with all passwords and usernames, it is important that you keep them confidential at all times.

Aero-ist Clothing Anti-Spam Policy
Aero-ist Clothing practices permission-based systems and is required to adhere to its anti-spam policy. Aero-ist Clothing is required to use it’s permission-based system to send communications only to customers that have consented to receive their communications, often referred to as opted-in.

Customers in the European Union have the right under law to withdraw from the purchase of any item within 7 working days. This period starts the day after the item is received by you. To cancel your purchase within these 7 working days, please use the return mailing label at the bottom of your dispatch note.
